Compulsory Insurance

All motor vehicles are required to take up a compulsory auto insurance policy under Road Victim Protection Act B.E. 2535. It will cover loss and damage of bodily injury sustained to any persons caused by car accident .This is to ensure that road victims and their families will be compensated in case of death and injuries.
