Fire Insurance
Cover loss of or damage to Property Insured clause by Fire, Lightning or the other perils such as Explosion, Windstorm, Aircraft, Vehicles Impact, Earthquake, Water Damage, Riot and Strike.
- Building (excluding foundation)
- Furniture, fixtures, fittings, office equipment
- Machinery
- Stock of law material, finish good
This Policy does not cover :
War, terrorism, revolution, military or usurped power, riot and strike.
Contamination by radioactivity, nuclear fuel.
Property which at the time of the happening of damage is insured by or would but for the existence of this Policy be insured by any marine policy or policies except in respect of any excess beyond the amount which would have been payable under the marine policy or policies had this insurance not been effected the marine policy or policies had this insurance not been effected
The property as below: (Unless otherwise expressly agreed and stated in the Policy)
- Goods held in trust or on commission
- Bullion or precious stones, jewellery or precious stones, or precious metals
- Any antique or work of art for an amount exceeding Bht.10,000.-
- Manuscripts, plans, drawings, designs, patterns, models or moulds
- Important documents of any kind, stamps, coins, paper money, cheques or other business book
- Explosives
- Electrical appliances and equipment of which loss or damage is arising from over-running, short circuiting
- Consequential loss or damage of any kind or description.
- The burning of property by the order of any public authority.
