

Claim Procedures
| Inpatient Treatment and Outpatient Treatment |

Show your membership card together with ID card or official card at the hospital’s reception. |

2.
Receive the appropriate medical treatment. |
|
3.
The hospital informs the excess of medical expenses which the policy does not cover. |
|
4.
Pay for any medical expenses in excess of your medical benefits before you leave the hospital. |

How to Submit Claims’ Documents to NKI
- Mail the documents to claim department at the Navakij Insurance Plc. at 90/3-6 Sathorn Thani Bldg., 1st Flr., North Sathorn Rd., Silom, Bangrak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand or NKI branches.
- Submit the documents directly to NKI Head Office or any NKI branches.
How to Receive Claims Reimbursement
- Receive cheque directly at NKI offices.
- Sending by mail following your address.
- Transfer through your bank’s account on your requirement which you could specify the details of your bank’s account including with the copy of bank account page.
- By mail.
- Receive directly at Claims Management Department at the Navakij Insurance Plc. at NKI offices.
The company will pay settlement of claims within 10 working days of receiving complete documentation according to the table of benefits.
