- Vehicle make, license number and color
- Date and time of accident
- Location of accident
- Damage incurred
- Cause of accident
- Contact number
- Note down incident number and NKI customer service representation name for future reference
- NKI customer service representative will provide preliminary advice and dispatch surveyor to the accident scene
