2019

The resolution of the general shareholders' meeting on 25 April 2019 that increased its registered capital to 350 million Bath for supporting the stock dividend payment, by newly-issued the ordinary shares in amount of 1 million shares with the par value of 10 Baht and paid at the ratio of 34 existing shares per 1 stock dividend.

2018

The resolution of the general shareholders' meeting on 24 April 2018 that increased its registered capital to 340 million Bath for supporting the stock dividend payment, by newly-issued the ordinary shares in amount of 1 million shares with the par value of 10 Baht and paid at the ratio of 33 existing shares per 1 stock dividend.

2016

The resolution of the general shareholders' meeting on 21 April 2016 that increased its registered capital to 330 million Bath for supporting the stock dividend payment, by newly-issued the ordinary shares in amount of 1 million shares with the par value of 10 Baht and paid at the ratio of 32 existing shares per 1 stock dividend.

2015

The resolution of the general shareholders' meeting on 23 April 2015 that increased its registered capital to 320 million Bath for supporting the stock dividend payment, by newly-issued the ordinary shares in amount of 1 million shares with the par value of 10 Baht and paid at the ratio of 31 existing shares per 1 stock dividend. The Company paid-up capital as of 2 June 2015 was 320 million Baht.

2014

In February 2014, Nipponkoa Insurance Company Limited who signed business cooperation with the Company and holds the Company’s shares (the shareholder’s name; NOMURA SECURITIES COMPANY LIMITED-CLIENT A/C) at 10% of fully paid-up capital, sold its share ownership of 3,000,000 shares to the Company’s minority shareholders. This was due to merger between Nipponkoa Insurance Company Limited and Sompo Japan Insurance Inc. Nonetheless, the Company could be arranged programs to increase direct premium from other sources to recover those direct premiums lost from the account of Nipponkoa Insurance Company Limited.

The resolution of the general shareholders’ meeting on 24 April 2014 that increased its registered capital to 310 million Baht for supporting the stock dividend payment, by newly-issued the ordinary shares in amount of 1 million shares with the par value of 10 Baht and paid at the ratio of 30 existing shares per 1 stock dividend. The Company paid-up capital as
of 29 May 2014 was 310 million Baht.

The company has been rated "Excellent" and scored between 90-100 from the survey conducted by thai Institute of Directors on corporate governance of Thai listed companies 2013.

The company had signed business cooperation with Nipponkoa Insurance Co.,Ltd. To expand new markets including develop the products, services and technologies together for increasing the business empowering and new services.

The company opened 24 hour “Navakij Call Center Service”. The channel was for client to report a claim and buying insurance cover by calling 4 digit numbers.

The company was recognized for the Best Managed Operation award in the non-life insurance for the year 2007 and 2008 from the Office of Insurance Commission.

The company was awarded for Q-Mark standard in business and services for 2009-2011 by the joint committee of the Board of Trade of Thailand, The Federation of Thai Industries and The Thai Bankers’ Association.

For the second running , the company has been rated “excellent” and scored between 90-100 from the survey conducted by thai Institute of Directors on corporate governance of Thai listed companies 2009.

2008

The company was the only insurance company and 1 of 22 listed companies who ranked “excellent” and scored between 90-100 from the survey conducted by thai Institute of Directors on corporate governance of Thai listed companies 2008.

2007

The company opened the first customer service center on the ground floor of Sathorn Thani Building on January 22, 2007 to accomplish its plan of providing One-Stop-Service.

The company merged with The Thai Commercial Insurance Public Company Limited in early 2006 and with Ocean General Insurance Co.,Ltd. in the second half year.

The company continued to develop its state of the art technology by improving its Internet and Satellite systems.

The company was given the ranking by A.M. Best Company of America in their Best Financial Rating and the Sen Tang Sretakij newspaper also awarded Navakij the prize for the best general insurance company in Thailand.
