Tips for reporting a motor incident

  • Call Navakij immediately at NKI Call Center 1748.
  • Provide following details to NKI customer service representative.
    1. Policy number
    2. Driver’s name and surname
    3. Vehicle make, license number and color
    4. Date and time of accident
    5. Location of accident
    6. Damage incurred
    7. Cause of accident
    8. Contact number
    9. Note down incident number and NKI customer service representation name for future reference
  • NKI customer service representative will provide preliminary advice and dispatch surveyor to the accident scene.
