หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ :

• ดูแลระบบ IT Infrastructure ขององค์กร (Server, Storage, Network, Cloud, Security, IBM AS/400)
• ตรวจสอบ ประเมิน และปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพของระบบให้ทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง (Availability, Performance, Scalability)
• กำกับดูแลการบำรุงรักษา (Preventive & Corrective Maintenance)
• ดูแลการทำงานของระบบ IBM iSeries (AS/400) ,Windows ,VM รวมถึงการ Monitor, Backup, Patch, Upgrade
• บริหารจัดการ User Profile, Security, และ System Configuration ของ AS/400
• สนับสนุน Application ทีมที่ใช้งาน Core System บน AS/400
• ประสานงานกับ Vendor/IBM Support ในกรณี Incident หรือ System Upgrade
• วางแผนและดำเนินโครงการด้าน Infrastructure เช่น Migration, Upgrade, Cloud Adoption
• สนับสนุนทีมงานในการแก้ไขปัญหา (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
• ทำงานร่วมกับ Vendor/Service Provider เพื่อบริหารสัญญาและ SLA
• ดูแลให้ระบบ Infrastructure และ AS/400 สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย เช่น ISO 27001, PDPA
• สนับสนุนจัดทำ อบรมและบังคับใช้นโยบาย IT Security และ Data Protection ให้เหมาะสม
• สนับสนุน Infrastructure Manager ในการบริหารทีมงาน System Engineer, Network Engineer, Cloud Engineer และ AS/400 Administrator
• โค้ชและพัฒนาทักษะทีมงานเพื่อยกระดับมาตรฐานงานด้าน Infrastructure

คุณสมบัติ :

• ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขา Computer Engineering, Information Technology, หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Security อย่างน้อย 5–7 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์ ดูแลและบริหารระบบ Windows ,IBM AS/400 (iSeries, IBM i) อย่างน้อย 2–3 ปี
• ความรู้ด้าน Cloud Platform (AWS, Azure ), Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), Database ,API Gateway
• เข้าใจ ITIL Framework, Incident/Problem/Change Management
• มีใบประกาศนียบัตรที่เกี่ยวข้องจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ เช่น AWS/Azure Certification, CCNA/CCNP, IBM iSeries Certification, ITIL Foundation
• ทักษะด้าน Leadership, Project Management, Problem Solving, Communication
