หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ :
1. Implement, support, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure projects in one or many technologies under Windows, Linux, UNIX, Database, Virtualization Environment.
2. Troubleshooting and resolving all technical issues (AD/Exchange/O365/Internet/Firewall/Router/VMware).
3. Assist in planning, design, research, acquisition of new or upgrade hardware and software configuration.
4. Ensure Infrastructure systems are secured and compliance with cybersecurity.(ISO27001, OIC8 Domain).
5. Setup, upgrade and maintain Veaam backup system.
6. Troubleshoot and fix unexpected Infrastructure systems incidents.
7. Monitor systems health, leading to solve and troubleshoot incident to meet SLA.
